Scholarship & Youth Programs
📚 Academic Scholarships
Annual awards for students pursuing degrees in agriculture, environmental science, veterinary medicine, food systems, and related fields. Open to Dutchess County residents and 4-H/FSA members.
🌟 Youth Empo Summit
Interactive leadership expo featuring workshops, ag-tech demos, career panels, and networking with local farmers and agribusiness experts. Held each spring at the Rhinebeck Fairgrounds.
🚜 Fair & Mentorship
Paid internships and hands-on learning during the Dutchess County Fair. Gain real experience in event management, animal science, and sustainable agriculture practices.
